This class is designed to empower you from the inside out, as it encompasses everything from asana (postures), vinyasa (transition flows), and pranayama (breath work), coupled with additional elements of functional strength and mobility, concluding with stretching. Share your practice during this playfully powerful class that will invigorate and build resilience, grace, and grit from the inside out with the ability to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance.
