Looking for a quick lunchtime workout? Whether you are new to fitness or you’ve danced for many years, get ready for a fun way to strengthen your entire body! Barre is a workout class inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Each class is designed to be a full body workout utilizing small target movements, high numbers of repetitions, and, at times, light weights or resistance. Barre Express is great for anyone, very beginner-friendly and adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels. The class moves quickly, and can be as challenging as you would like it to be.

Please read:  Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat and water. The studio is equipped with a ballet barre, which we will use throughout the class. This class is best performed barefoot.
