Grab your passport and prepare to travel the world through your taste buds! Each day will focus on a different part of the globe in this week-long whirlwind culinary adventure. Learn a little about a new country and then take on the role of chef as you prepare some of their famous foods--fresh salsa from Mexico, biscotti from Italy, sushi from Japan, and more. Learn basic cooking terms and techniques in this hands-on experience in the Oleson Center kitchen.
