Tranquil Chair Yoga is a class of gentility and ease while seated and/or using a chair for support, making yoga accessible to individuals with limited mobility or those seeking a low-impact exercise option enhanced with mindfulness. We will focus on cultivating flexibility, strength and balance through movement, meditation, tranquil music and sacred sound as we work towards releasing stress and anxiety creating a sustainable sense of inner peace and calm. This class incorporates the fundamental elements of yoga, including breathwork, physical postures, and mindfulness, while eliminating the need to continuously get up and down from the floor. All ages and levels are welcome as this is a great class to practice mindfulness and movement inspired by yoga from beginning and beyond. Individualized modifications will meet you exactly where you are inspiring a practice of growth and resilience from the inside out.
