Add balance to your body one chakra at a time. During each session of this 7-week course, you will focus on learning the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual duties of each chakra. Employ a variety of techniques like yoga poses, guided meditations, and color work to soothe and support each chakra into balance. Bring your own yoga mat or blanket. Modifications for yoga are also given to accommodate beginners and those with any mobility issues.
