This fun and lively class is designed to empower you from the inside out, as it encompasses everything from asana (postures), vinyasa (transition flows), and pranayama (breath work), coupled with additional elements of functional strength and mobility, concluding with stretching. Come share your practice during this playfully powerful class that will invigorate and build resilience, grace, and grit enhancing your ability to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class will feature surprise props and varying focus areas of concentration concluding with stretching under beautiful candlelight. All levels are welcome.
