Pre-registration means that you have reserved your seat. Full registration will be confirmed by an email from Dr. Christa Abdul-Karim within 48 hours of your pre-registration.

Extended Education & Training also reserves the right to refuse to register any individual or to require any participant to withdraw from an activity at any time when such action is determined by the Extended Education & Training staff to be in the best interests of the health, safety, or general welfare of the entire group or the participant.

Refunds:

Air penalties are not part of the percentages below and vary based on the airline policy at the time of ticket issue.

150+ Days Prior: Full refund minus the $100 per person deposit
150-121 Days Prior: Refund will be 80% of tour
120-91 Days Prior: Refund will be 60% of tour
90-61 Days Prior: Refund will be 40% of tour cost
60-46 Day Prior: Refund will be 25% of tour cost
45-0 Days Prior: No refund
