Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by calling Christa Abdul-Karim at 231-995-1701
Air penalties are not part of the percentages below and vary based on the airline policy at the time of ticket issue.

150+ Days Prior: Full refund minus the $100 per person deposit
150-121 Days Prior: Refund will be 80% of tour
120-91 Days Prior: Refund will be 60% of tour
90-61 Days Prior: Refund will be 40% of tour cost
60-46 Day Prior: Refund will be 25% of tour cost
45-0 Days Prior: No refund

*Please note that much of the communication about the trip before departure is done via email so participation in the New Zealand tour requires access to the internet for email and communication.
